In the event that a challenge to enforcement of the judgment is rejected, attorneys' fees are not applicable, pursuant to prevailing precedent 519 of the Superior Court of Justice (STJ). In the event that the challenge is upheld, court-awarded attorneys' fees are owed by the judgment creditor, in accordance with the causation theory:
