Judicial fees are chargeable for filing an enforcement action based on an arbitration award. "Although the law attributes to the arbitration award the status of a judicial enforcement instrument (Article 475-N, IV, CPC), the filing of an enforcement action based on an arbitration award presupposes the rendering of services by the Judiciary, which must, for that purpose, be remunerated in accordance with State Law 11.608/03":
