The insertion of a forum selection clause, by itself, does not have the effect of invalidating the arbitration clause set forth in a specific contractual provision relating to damages, by means of which the parties expressly undertook to submit to the arbitral tribunal disputes arising from the enforcement of the contract, waiving any other forum:
