An objection to enforcement without security is not admissible for the purpose of alleging the unenforceability of an arbitration award on the grounds of nullity of the arbitration clause. Such purpose may only be achieved through a rescissory action to annul the arbitration award, subject to the ninety-day limitation period running from the notification of the parties for its filing:
