Grant of an injunction in an action for disclosure of documents ordering the production of the original shareholders' agreement containing an arbitration clause, and the simultaneous stay of concomitant arbitration proceedings. Allegations of absolute lack of jurisdiction of the ordinary courts and request for referral of the proceedings to the arbitration center (CAM-FIEP) not addressed in the appealed decision, the review of which at second instance (interlocutory appeal) would constitute suppression of instance.
