Grant of an injunction in an action for disclosure of documents ordering the production of the original shareholders' agreement containing an arbitration clause, and simultaneous interruption of a concomitant arbitration proceedings. Allegations of absolute lack of jurisdiction of the ordinary courts and request for referral of the proceedings to the arbitration center (CAM-FIEP) not addressed in the appealed decision, and whose analysis at second instance (interlocutory appeal) would constitute suppression of instance.
