It is improper to file an objection to lack of jurisdiction for the purpose of dismissing a lawsuit relating to a dispute submitted to an arbitration agreement. The appropriate measure to invoke the dismissal of the lawsuit is the objection based on an arbitration agreement filed in the very proceedings of the lawsuit:
