Extinction of the effects of emergency relief granted by the judiciary due to failure to prove the institution of the arbitration proceedings (main claim) within the term set forth in Article 806 of the Code of Civil Procedure/73. Furthermore, even if arbitration proceedings had been instituted prior to the filing of the emergency relief, as alleged by one of the parties, the emergency relief must lose its effects, since it should then have been sought before the arbitral tribunal:
