Interlocutory appeal against a decision in a Conflict of Jurisdiction filed by the State of Espírito Santo, an interested party in a lawsuit between ANP and Petrobrás concerning a concession contract. Appeal against the decision that provisionally attributed jurisdiction to the ICC arbitral tribunal and stayed, pending the adjudication of the Conflict of Jurisdiction before the Superior Court of Justice (STJ), all judicial and administrative proceedings relating to the dispute.
