Notwithstanding the absence of a party's signature on the arbitration clause, the legal relationship arising from common business dealings, in the case of companies belonging to the same economic group, and their participation in the arbitration proceedings initiated thereunder renders such party a proper respondent to the action under Article 7 (Trelleborg case):
