Assignment of credit. Given that the arbitration clause is autonomous in relation to the contract in which the credit was established, the mere transfer of the credit to a third party, including by endorsement of the promissory note representing the contract, without the third party expressly assuming the obligations relating to the arbitration clause, results in the arbitration clause not being binding upon such third party:
