While the arbitral tribunal is being constituted, a party may seek relief from the judiciary by means of interim protective relief. Once arbitration has been commenced, the proceedings must be referred to the arbitral tribunal, so that it may assume jurisdiction over the action, maintaining, modifying or revoking the respective decision, and any judicial determinations issued as interim protective relief shall be voidable, given the cessation of the state court's jurisdiction:
