A judgment granting a third party motion to prevent encumbrance or disposition of property in enforcement proceedings of an arbitration award does not violate the res judicata of the arbitration award. The real property subject to the judicial levy set aside in the motion did not belong to the judgment debtor and therefore cannot be subject to enforcement:
