Action to enforce a contract containing an arbitration clause. Notwithstanding the possibility of enforcing an instrument containing an arbitration clause directly before the judiciary, the enforcement action becomes moot by reason of the subsequent acknowledgment of the judgment debtor's debt in arbitration proceedings. The judgment debtor must bear the court-awarded attorneys' fees of the enforcement action, given that it caused the filing of the enforcement action by defaulting on the contract:
