Motion to dismiss enforcement of an arbitral award. "The mere need to refer the proceedings to the court-appointed accountant for the calculation of the amount subject to enforcement does not vitiate the enforcement instrument," nor does it deprive it of liquidity. Furthermore, even if it did, the Code of Civil Procedure provides for the possibility of determination of the monetary value of the judgment based on an arbitral award (Article 475-L, V, of the Code of Civil Procedure), which is unnecessary in the present case.
