Challenge to the enforcement of an arbitral award. Allegation that the arbitral award was rendered outside the time limit and of lack of standing to claim arbitration costs, which would constitute excess of enforcement. Dismissal of the challenge because the time limit for rendering an arbitral award is not peremptory (it is a non-mandatory deadline) and no prejudice was caused to the parties. Furthermore, as the arbitral award expressly establishes that "the respondents [judgment debtors] shall reimburse the claimant [judgment creditor]," there is neither lack of standing nor excess of enforcement in claiming arbitral fees and the registration fee:
