Objection to enforcement without security in the face of enforcement of an arbitral award. Prior filing of a lawsuit for rescission of contract combined with a claim for non-enforceability of debt, in which the suspension of the arbitration proceedings was ordered belatedly, as the arbitral award had already been rendered. Denial of the request to stay enforcement, even in the face of the prior decision to suspend the proceedings, given that the arbitral award may only be annulled through the means set forth in Article 33. The reasoning of the decision to suspend the proceedings "does not project beyond the case (Article 469, III, of the Code of Civil Procedure)," and cannot be deemed sufficient to declare the arbitral award null and void:
