Allegation of nullity of the arbitration clause on the grounds that: (i) the franchise agreement is null and void, (ii) it violates "contractual balance," (iii) the appellant is in a position of economic vulnerability, having entered into bankruptcy proceedings and being unable to bear the costs of the arbitration proceedings, and (iv) the matter involves a consumer relationship.
