An arbitration award dealing with the distribution of an estate does not dispense with the opening of judicial or extrajudicial probate proceedings. Once the legal formalities have been complied with, the formal instruments of distribution will be issued or a deed will be drawn up, and such documents will enable the transfer of property and rights in the manner set out in the arbitration award:
