Partial ratification of a foreign arbitration award that, beyond the merits, ordered the respondent to withdraw all litigation it had initiated in the Brazilian courts. Ratification denied on that point. It is not within the power of a foreign arbitral tribunal to order another court to terminate proceedings, or even to order a party to do so, on pain of violating Article 5, XXXV, of the Brazilian Federal Constitution:
