Enforcement of an arbitral award is always processed on a definitive basis, a circumstance that is not modified by the filing of a nullity action. Possibility, in principle, of affording the pending action to invalidate an arbitral award the same treatment as a challenge to enforcement of the judgment, provided that security is posted and such relief is requested before the enforcement court within the statutory time limit, it being for that court to decide, where applicable, on the stay of the enforcement proceedings:
