Contract with arbitration clause. Although the parties are bound to comply with the arbitration clause, the existence of a judicial judgment no longer justifies the dismissal of the proceedings, given the principles of celerity, effectiveness, and procedural economy and the fait accompli, under penalty of causing harm to the party.
