It falls to the Labor Public Prosecutor's Office to oversee, by means of a civil inquiry, the exercise of the activity of arbitrator in the resolution of labor disputes and, upon detection of irregularities, to require the execution of an Undertaking to Modify Behavior, in order to prevent the continuation of the practice/irregularity. In the specific case, having been established that the agent was not acting as an arbitrator, but rather as a mere ratifier of settlements, the measure is applicable:
