The statute of limitations is not interrupted by the filing of a lawsuit to establish an agreement to arbitrate when the arbitral tribunal found that the party against whom the statute of limitations is invoked was not required to be a party to the arbitration proceedings. There is no relationship of dependency between the lawsuits and the arbitration proceedings:
