Possessory action for reinstatement of possession brought against an occupant of the property to whom possession was improperly assigned by the lessee. Allegation by the third party that the lease agreement contains a clause providing for (prohibiting) occupation of the property by an unauthorized person. Notwithstanding the fact that it was entered into solely between the lessor and the lessee, the arbitration clause extends to the third party who unlawfully dispossessed the property.
