Lawsuit dismissed on account of the existence of an arbitration agreement, invoked by way of counterclaim. Notwithstanding the autonomy between the attorneys' fees arising from the counterclaim and those arising from the main lawsuit, the fees awarded by court to opposing counsel shall be borne solely by the plaintiff in the main lawsuit, as it was the party "that caused the undue invocation of state jurisdiction."
