Sports arbitration. Statute of the Brazilian Golf Confederation (CBG) containing a clause whereby "the entities affiliated with the CBG recognize the Sports Justice as having jurisdiction to resolve and adjudicate, originally, conflicts between them and the CBG." Upholding of the judgment that sustained the objection based on an arbitration agreement on the basis of this clause. Grounds that "the provision of Article 51 of the Brazilian Olympic Committee COB (…) establishes, in item b, that the Court of Arbitration for Sport of the Brazilian Olympic Committee has jurisdiction to adjudicate, among others, 'conflicts between entities affiliated with, linked to, and recognized by the Brazilian Olympic Committee'":
