Effects of preparatory interim protective relief when a lawsuit under Article 7 is filed. In the event that the lawsuit under Article 7 receives a judgment of dismissal — rejecting the establishment of arbitration —, the effects of the interim protective relief remain in force until it becomes final and unappellable. In the event of a judgment granting the lawsuit under Article 7, the effects of the interim protective relief endure until the moment of the establishment of arbitration, with the submission of the interim protective claim to that private tribunal, which has jurisdiction to analyze the need for maintenance, revocation or modification of the interim protective relief:
