Inadmissibility of the rescissory action against an arbitration award filed by the "sore loser." The arbitrator, like the state judge, "has autonomy and independence" in relation to the appraisal of evidence, and arguments that are merely subjective regarding the arbitrator's partiality for adopting one understanding or another are inadmissible:
