The fact that the president of the arbitration center in which the arbitration was conducted acted as attorney for a party in the proceedings does not constitute a ground for nullity of the arbitration proceedings, given that the appointed arbitrator was neither disqualified nor subject to reasonable doubt as to impartiality:
