In the context of enforcement of an arbitral award ordering payment of a monetary obligation, the 10% (ten percent) fine set forth in Article 475-J of the Code of Civil Procedure shall apply if the judgment debtor fails to make voluntary payment within 15 (fifteen) days from the filing of the duly served writ of service of process in the proceedings (in the case of an enforcement instrument containing a liquidated amount) or from the notice served upon the debtor, through counsel, by publication in the official gazette (where there has been prior determination of the monetary value of the obligation certified by the arbitral tribunal).
