Jurisdiction over the enforcement of arbitration awards is not regulated by the Brazilian Arbitration Act or by the Code of Civil Procedure. Understanding that the Special Court (JEC) is the one with jurisdiction in the case, as it is the court that "would have jurisdiction to hear, process and adjudicate the corresponding evidentiary proceeding":
