Default in arbitration proceedings. Party that was duly notified of the conciliation hearing but failed to appear. No requirement that the defaulting party be notified of the remaining acts of the arbitration proceedings, including the arbitration award. No finding of any of the grounds for nullity under Article 32 of the Brazilian Arbitration Act:
