Bankruptcy declared during the course of arbitration proceedings. The failure to give notice to the bankruptcy trustee gives rise to the nullity of the arbitration award for violating the principle of due process of law. In view of the bankruptcy trustee's lack of notice, the 90-day limitation period for challenging the arbitration award is inapplicable:
