Action to annul an arbitration award. Partial nullity of the arbitration award with respect to the condemnation of the rescissory penalty, inasmuch as the reasoning is contradictory in relation to what is ultimately decided. In the absence of contamination affecting the entire judicial act, the remainder of the decision that contains no defects must be preserved. The counterclaim, if provided for in the rules of the arbitration center, deserves to be observed:
