Enforcement of the arbitral award. Judgment debtor alleging that the enforcement instrument is not yet due and enforceable on the grounds that it did not receive from the arbitral tribunal its decision on the "appeal" filed against the arbitral award and because this document was not submitted by the judgment creditor in the complaint. Formal defect cured when the judgment debtor itself filed a copy of the ruling issued by the arbitral tribunal, which denied its "appeal" and upheld the arbitral award submitted by the creditor in its entirety:
