Eventual absence of a mandatory document [certificate of finality of the arbitration award] capable of supporting the enforcement action and conferring upon the enforceable instrument liquidity, certainty and enforceability (Articles 586 and 475-L, II, both of the Code of Civil Procedure), authorizes the presiding judge, first, to notify the creditor party to regularize the proceedings.
